Non-grocery returns
Defects of sold non-food goods (hereinafter – Goods) are removed, low-quality goods are replaced, returned in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – CC), Government of the Republic of Lithuania dated July 22, 2014. by resolution no. 738 of the approved Retail Trade Rules and the provisions of these Rules. You can return a quality product within 14 working days from the day of product delivery, if:
- The product is in a neat, original packaging;
- The appearance of the product’s packaging has not changed substantially (labels intact, protective film not torn, etc.);
- The product has not been used and/or damaged;
- The product is complete with all documentation attached by the manufacturer;
- You have a document of purchase of the product;
- Money for returned Goods is transferred in all cases by payment order and only to the payer’s bank account.
To return the product, contact us by e-mail at sales@s9coffee.lt , with which we will agree on the details of returning the product. After receiving the product and confirming that the product meets all the conditions of the return, we will exchange the product with another product or refund the money paid within 5 working days.
Return of food products
Sold food products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Warranty
The main features of all products sold on s9coffee.lt are indicated in the description attached to the product. Only certain goods (not product categories) are provided with a manufacturer’s warranty, which is indicated in the descriptions of such goods and discussed separately in the warranty card.
Deliver the warranty service goods to the s9coffee.lt in Vilnius. During the provision of warranty service, malfunctions caused by the fault of the manufacturer are eliminated within 10 working days from the delivery of the product to the cafe-shop or within 25 working days, if the part necessary for the warranty repair must be delivered from abroad. We always try to perform warranty service in the shortest possible time.
The quality guarantee provided by the seller does not limit or constrain the rights of consumers, which are established for them by legal acts after purchasing a product or service of inappropriate quality.
Please note that:
- all costs related to the transportation of the product to and from the warranty service are paid by the buyer;
- for repaired or replaced goods, the warranty terms are valid for the remaining warranty period;
- if after buying one of the products with a warranty you notice that it is of poor quality, you have the right to return such product to us within the term specified in the product’s warranty card. In this case, the defective product is replaced free of charge with a quality product or the money paid is returned to you;
- when delivering the product for warranty service to s9coffee.lt (Vilnius), it is necessary to submit all the documents attached to the product by the manufacturer, the product purchase document (this invoice), which is also the product’s warranty card. It is preferable that the buyer delivers the product for warranty service with all the components and in the original packaging.
Delivery of goods.
- The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
- The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
- The goods are not stored. Therefore, the production and delivery time is 5-15 working days from the confirmation of payment.
- In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
- The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, if the shipment contains unordered goods or the wrong quantity of them, incomplete product package.
- The buyer must e-mail provide the Seller with photos of the damaged package and/or item(s) by mail.
